Shortcut is Securitas’ chosen vendor for the whole value chain of the project from conceptualization to design, development, integration and rollout.The project is to create an internal sales tool for Securitas to roll out globally in their organisation with integration to their CRM and where the person in contact with a potential client will capture all details about potential security risks at a client site and all mitigation measures Securitas can offer and present it in a proffessional sales report.
As the consultant, I served as the key liaison between the customer’s project office and the development team. I was responsible for establishing the working methodology, facilitating project routines and ceremonies, and reporting to the customer, the joint steering committee, and internal management. My role also included budget control and backlog grooming, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
