• Prepared handover-takeover document for OU to maintain hassle free transition from implementation to maintenance team

• Ensured regular reporting of UMP metrics for all project & reported the same to product head on monthly basis.

• Conducted Project Management Review(PMR) for 15 TCS BANCS implementation projects
